Engagement Session in Alexander Valley,Healdsburg
Relaxed and beautiful engagement session in the heart of Sonoma Vine Country- Alexander Valley, and I was pleased and honored to be a photographer for Gia and Justin. Alexander Valley is probably my favorite vineyard landscape to photograph, and when people ask me for beautiful places, where we can do engagement session, with out doubt Alexander Valley would be my first choice. Alexander Valley is much smaller compare to Napa Valley, having huge landscape diversity, less populated, and with much friendlier native residents. For engagement sessions my favorite hours to photograph are late afternoon, usually couple of hours before sunset,when the golden light, gently touches hill side vineyards and give the beautiful landscape this amayzing golden glow. I love to experiment with light and combine natural light with my faithful Nikon strobe units. Engagement session usually last around two hours, but sometimes as it was in this session I would like o wait for short time after sunset, when if there are some clouds on horizon the can make a beautiful background for lovely portrait.
